Technical Project Description:
The Juwelle project is an online store that is optimized for the gold plating service.

The first version of the Juwelle website was created in 2017 for the launch of the new brand. At that time, I developed a concept for 2 images video, which was created inexpensively by a Canadian. This year, the website was completely redesigned to incorporate the customer experience and remain competitive. I designed the Juwelle logo myself using a template. For more trust, an Instagram application was used with which the Instagram feed can be opened on-page. Google reviews are now streamed on the site and a chat is now available. The special feature is that the chat is connected to the new Zoho CRM Plus system and chat participants can be converted directly into leads. But more on that below.

The on-page customer journey has been revised and fully digitized from the homepage to after sales. This means that customers receive an automatic email after purchase to rate Juwelle's service. Once the review has been submitted, it is automatically published on Juwelle.de and the customer automatically receives an email notification with a voucher code for the next gold plating.

Customer processing has been digitized to the extent that orders can now be tracked transparently in the CRM using a processing route, so that the customer always knows the status of their favourite piece of jewelry.

In addition, the site was intensively rebuilt for SEO. In order to bridge the time until Juwelle.de ranks in the first places again, a Google AdWords account was set up. Of course, the account was set up in great detail to keep costs low.
